Every year, Travel + Leisure releases a ranking of hotels, cities, journey boat lines, islands, and other transport categories, dubbing a name few a “world’s best.”
This year, a 22nd annual awards list suggested that Palawan in a Philippines is a tip island in a universe for 2017.
The ranking is formed on a formula of a reader survey, in that participants rate their transport experiences. This year, a list includes 3 islands in a US, (Hilton Head, South Carolina, and Maui and Kauai, Hawaii) and dual in a Philippines (Palawan and Boracay).
