Seminyak’s new AYA grill combines travel art and Peruvian alloy cuisine (Bali)

Coming from owners Juanjo Suárez, Christian Gastaldi, Marco Cueva and Rafael Sanchez, a new further to Seminyak’s kinetic dining stage is a desirous mix of Peruvian-Asian alloy food with a splendid atmosphere desirous by travel art.

In many ways, this creates AYA both a grill and a gallery, with copiousness of pleasing surfaces and finishes credited to artists all around a world.
