New Pekin, family-run caf� all about food, service, honour and accessible atmosphere

The co-owner of a new Pekin family grill strives to provide business with honour and make them feel during home while they knowledge what he says is good food and good service.

Pekin American Grill, located during 3200 Court St. in Pekin, non-stop on Tuesday. It is a third grill of a Dzambazi family, that has been in a grill business for 15 years. “We saw an opportunity,” pronounced Tony Dzambazi, co-owner of Pekin American Grill. “We suspicion (Pekin) indispensable another restaurant, generally on Court Street on this side of a town, and we also have some family in this area, so we wanted to be closer to them, as well.”

There will be a series of homemade, special dishes served via a week like primary rib, meatloaf, goulash, fry chicken, and several soups, such as duck and dumplings, duck and rice and duck noodle soup. Once a week, there will be a special that we would see in Europe. These special, European dishes have nonetheless to be worked out.
