East London – Police have arrested a 32-year-old male for a murder of former youth Springbok Rugby actor Mlungisi Bali on Friday.
Bali, who was innate in East London, was partial of a South Africa Under-20 side that played during a 2010 IRB Junior World Championship in Argentina. He done his veteran entrance in a Vodacom crater for a Griffons in 2013.
