Japan Channels Rp 1.2 Trillion for Bali Beach Conservation

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Public Works and Housing Minister Basuki Hadimuljono, pronounced that a supervision will concur with a Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to lift out proviso II of a Bali Beach Conservation Project. “There will be 4 plcae [of a proviso II project], including Legian-Seminyak Beach in Badung Regency, a Candidasa Beach in Karangasem Regency, Benoa Bay in Badung Regency, and some-more charge efforts on Nusa Dua Beach. Total value of a loan is JPY 1.1 billion or Rp 1.2 trillion,” Eddy pronounced in a press recover on Monday, Apr 3, 2017.

Eddy pronounced that the Bali Penida River Area Agency will start a auction of consultant services for a plan in a nearby future. “The consultants’ charge will be formulating a design. Hopefully, a pattern can be drafted in 2018, so we can start construction in 2019,” Eddy said.

Eddy settled that internal residents will also be concerned in formulating a pattern suitable for a project
