CHICAGO (CBS) — Federal prosecutors are recommending a jail judgment between 9 and 11 years for a male tied to a murder of a Chicago socialite in Bali.
Robert Bibbs, 26, pleaded guilty in Dec to swindling to dedicate a unfamiliar murder of a U.S. national, revelation U.S. District Judge Rebecca Pallmeyer that he knew Sheila von Wiese-Mack’s life was in risk when his cousin left for Indonesia in Aug 2014.
A container containing von Wiese-Mack’s physique was found in a case of a cab outward a St. Regis Bali Resort after that month.
Authorities contend Bibbs’ cousin, Tommy Schaefer, bludgeoned von Wiese-Mack to genocide after receiving content messages filled with support and recommendation from Bibbs.
