An Australian male is set to face hearing in Bali for a purported attack of a manager of a renouned night bar on a island.
Scott Dobson, from Western Australia, was arrested in Dec in Bali some-more than dual years after he allegedly assaulted a Canadian manager of a Sky Garden, Kenneth James Wickes.
Dobson has been charged with plainly committing attack opposite persons or skill and could face a five-year sentence.
Police contend a 52-year-old, who has been on their “wanted list” given a incident, was with a few of his friends during a bar in a early hours of Sep 27, 2013 when they systematic beers and vodka during a bar.
But when a waiter eventually presented a organisation with a bill, it is purported they didn’t wish to pay.
According to Denpasar military investigator arch Reinhard Habonaran Nainggolan, Mr Wickes confronted a group, seeking “What’s going on? we have 3 staff members stating we are being bold and refusing to compensate for drinks. What is a problem?”
It is purported Dobson stood adult and pushed Mr Wickes before climbing on to a list and assaulting a manager further.

Ketut Maha Agung from Denpasar’s District Attorney Office pronounced they have taken over a brief and will start formulating an complaint and that Dobson will face hearing soon.
In a meantime, he pronounced Dobson will sojourn in Bali’s scandalous Kerobokan prison.
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade says it is providing consular assistance to an Australian male in Bali.
