An Australian expatriate vital in Bali has died after he was electrocuted while cleaning his swimming pool. 

Anthony Gallagher, from Liverpool, NSW, was killed during his rented skill in Jimbaran, Bali, in what Indonesian officials report as a ‘tragic accident’. 

The 60-year-old had been vital on a traveller island with his Indonesian mother when he plugged in a floor cleaning appurtenance and was immediately electrocuted, according to internal Balinese media.

Witnesses told authorities a male had been barefoot and it was easily raining when he was fatally harmed on Wednesday morning.

A member of Mr Gallagher’s staff cut a electricity and brought him into a residence to distortion on a lounge though he had already died.

‘We did not find any crime in a case. It is quite an accident,’ he said.
